Founded in 1969 and currently located in Boca Raton, Florida, Economos Properties owns, operates and develops hotels in markets with high barriers to entry.  Economos Properties has developed projects valued in excess of $500 million including twenty-five hotels, twenty restaurants and a number of condominium, office, retail and apartment projects.  Based on the current development pipeline, by 2008 Economos Properties will employ more than 1,500 people and have annual revenues of approximately $85 million.
